Shared handle to a parsed/built TOML table node.

#Result< table_pointer > Parse(std::string const &inRaw) noexcept

Parses a raw TOML document already in memory.

#Result< table_pointer > Parse(filesystem::Path const &inPath) noexcept

Reads inPath's contents and parses them as TOML ReadText's error propagates as-is on a read failure.
